- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain a positive attitude and uphold company standards of customer care.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets on quality and productivity.
- Must-Have
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Experience in a customer service or call center environment
- Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
