Job Summary

The Senior Corporate Accounting Manager is a high-impact leadership role responsible for leading global GL close, financial reporting, and consolidation processes. This role partners cross-functionally with teams including Legal, HR, Operations, IT, and Sales, and provides technical accounting guidance to both US and international teams.

The position also oversees revenue recognition (ASC 606), cost accounting, inventory, and ensures compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual GL close
• Manage financial reporting, SEC disclosures, and audits
• Oversee revenue recognition (ASC 606) and contract accounting
• Handle global cost accounting, COGS, and inventory valuation
• Review contracts with Sales/Legal for accounting impact
• Drive process improvements, system enhancements (Oracle), and automation
• Mentor and manage global accounting teams
  
  

Requirements

• 8 years of accounting/audit experience (5 years public accounting)
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, ASC 606, and financial reporting
• CPA preferred
• Oracle experience preferred
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
