About the Company:
Highly successful and growing manufacturer near Marysville seeks a highly skilled and motivated Accountant.
About the Role:
Managing and maintaining the company’s financial records and transactions across all three facilities and growing into a potential Assistant Controller down the road.
Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain financial records so transactions are properly recorded.
- Own financial statements to ensure completion and accuracy.
- Resolve errors and inconsistencies in financial entries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings.
- Reconcile credit cards and monthly bank statement with general ledger.
- Own depreciation schedule.
- Own month end close activities related to Inventory and COGs.
- Own accounts receivables.
- Own accounts payables
- Own payroll for 120 employees.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in full cycle accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
Required Skills:
- Manufacturing experience is a must as WIP, purchasing of inventory, and costing are all important.
- QuickBooks is client's accounting system.
Pay range and compensation package:
Comp to 140K
