Experienced SR Tax Accountant

We are seeking an experienced CPA who is eager to build their own book of business, form meaningful client relationships, mentoring staff, and advancing toward partnership.

About the Role:

• Prepare (minimally) and review complex individual, business, and fiduciary tax returns

• Engage directly with clients to provide proactive tax planning and consulting services

• Build and manage your own book of business with support from leadership

• Mentor and train junior staff, sharing your expertise to elevate the team

• Contribute ideas to continuously improve processes and client outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• Active CPA license

• Minimum 3 years of recent public accounting experience reviewing multiple types of tax returns (1040, 1120S, and 1065)

Skills you’ll bring to the team: 

Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills

Strong experience in reviewing tax returns and delivering high-quality technical work

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

A team player who thrives in a collaborative, inclusive setting

Comfortable working across multiple software platforms and adapting to new technologies

Interest or experience in mentoring and developing staff

Ambition to pursue a partner track
