The York is hiring 3 bartenders to join our team in Syracuse. We’re looking for dependable, professional, guest-focused bartenders who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and help create a great experience for our guests.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident behind the bar, works well under pressure, stays organized during busy shifts, and brings a strong attitude and work ethic to the team. Night and weekend availability is required.

Preferred qualifications
- Bartending experience preferred

- Ability to move quickly and stay composed during high-volume shifts

- Serving beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Creating a welcoming, efficient guest experience at the bar
- Maintaining a clean, stocked, and organized workspace
- Handling busy service periods with urgency and professionalism
- Working closely with the rest of the team to keep service running smoothly
