Position Summary
The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel’s food and beverage outlets, including the restaurant, bar and lounge. This role ensures exceptional service standards, efficient operations, and high-quality guest experience.

Essential Functions:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bar, lounge, and inroom dining
- Ensure all outlets operate in accordance with brand standards and service expectations
- Maintain a strong floor presence during service periods, actively supporting the team
- Monitor service flow, table turns, and guest satisfaction in real time
- Assist with opening and closing procedures across all outlets
- Step into service roles (host, server support, expediter) as needed
- Supervise and support hourly Team Members during shifts
- Assist with scheduling and staffing levels based on business demand
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees
- Provide realtime coaching, feedback, and performance management
- Foster a positive, teamoriented work environment
- Reinforce service standards, safety, and sanitation practices
- Maintain a visible and approachable presence on the floor
- Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly
- Anticipate guest needs and respond with urgency and professionalism
- Drive a culture of hospitality and service excellence
- Monitor inventory levels, ordering, and product quality across outlets
- Support cost control initiatives, including labor and food & beverage expenses
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards (HACCP/ServSafe)
- Assist with menu implementation, updates, and promotions
- Analyze performance metrics and support continuous improvement efforts
- Participate in departmental meetings and collaborate with other hotel departments
- 24 years of food & beverage experience, preferably in hotel or restaurant operations
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience required
- Strong service mindset with a handson approach
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, bar service, and food safety standards
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fastpaced environment
