- Must reside in the U.S., with all work performed domestically
- Reside in the DC, Maryland, or Virginia (DMV) area
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5 years of project management experience, including at least 2 years managing Salesforce or CRM-related projects
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project methodologies
- Proven success leading cross-functional teams and delivering technical projects on time and within scope
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
- Preferred: Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, Platform App Builder)
- Preferred: Experience managing public sector or federal Salesforce projects
- Preferred: Experience managing subcontractors or blended delivery teams
- Preferred: Working knowledge of government IT standards and contract compliance
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects across the full project lifecycle
- Manage project scope, schedule, resources, budget, risks, and communications
- Develop and maintain project plans, sprint schedules, dashboards, and status reports
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, facilitating regular check-ins and project reviews
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, architects, and QA testers
- Ensure adherence to Agile or hybrid methodologies depending on client context
- Support backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions in coordination with product owners and business leads
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, proactively communicating resolutions
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, client expectations, and contractual requirements
- Lead and support key project ceremonies such as daily standups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
- Prepare required project documentation in accordance with client and internal standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge-sharing within the organization
