- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance
- Must reside in the U.S. and be authorized to work in the U.S.; all work must be performed domestically
- Must reside in the DC, Maryland, or Virginia (DMV) area
- 3 years of QA experience, including at least 1 year of Salesforce application testing
- Working knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including standard and custom objects, Flows, and Lightning components
- Experience testing within Agile or hybrid Agile development environments
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Familiarity with QA methodologies, defect tracking systems, and test management tools
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Validate Salesforce declarative configurations, customizations, reports, and Experience Cloud components
- Log, track, validate, and retest defects using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure requirements traceability and complete test coverage
- Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies, including planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives
- Perform data validation and support test data setup across multiple test environments
- Contribute to QA process improvements and support test automation initiatives where applicable
- Prepare testing documentation and test result summaries in alignment with client and internal standards
- Ensure solutions meet accessibility and Section 508 compliance requirements, where applicable
- Experience testing Salesforce Experience Cloud or OmniStudio components
- Exposure to automated testing tools such as Selenium, Provar, or TestComplete
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder)
- Experience supporting federal or public sector clients
- Working knowledge of accessibility and Section 508 testing standards
