- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with demonstrated project success
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security framework
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integrations
- Experience working in Agile development environments using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a distributed, cross-functional team
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer or Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Consultant
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
- Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification
- Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD workflows
- Familiarity with Experience Cloud development and digital experiences
- Prior experience supporting government or public sector clients
- Willingness to maintain existing certifications and obtain additional Salesforce certifications as needed
- Design, develop, and implement scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and OmniStudio
- Build and configure OmniStudio components, including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements and user stories into technical solutions
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
- Develop and optimize custom Salesforce functionality using Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, asynchronous processes, and REST/SOAP APIs
- Extend and manage the Salesforce data model through custom objects, fields, relationships, and metadata
- Create and maintain technical documentation, unit tests, and reusable components
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices and secure coding standards
- Support data migration and system integrations, including data mapping, transformation, and troubleshooting
- Assist with deployment planning and execution using source control and CI/CD pipelines
