Our client, a Los Angeles-founded contemporary lifestyle brand known for fabric innovation, impeccable fit, and a Southern California sensibility that spans denim, ready-to-wear, and accessories, is looking for a Senior PR & Marketing Manager to join their growing team, based in Los Angeles on a hybrid schedule.
This is a great opportunity to take ownership of wholesale and retail marketing for a brand with deep roots in premium denim and a growing brick-and-mortar and wholesale footprint. You'll be working closely with sales, retail, and external partners to bring seasonal campaigns and brand experiences to life at every consumer touchpoint. The team values someone who is equally comfortable building relationships with wholesale accounts as they are producing a high-touch in-store event.
What you will be doing
- Developing and executing retail marketing initiatives including new store openings, local activations, and traffic-driving programs that reflect the brand's lifestyle positioning
- Managing strategy, budgets, and execution for co-op marketing partnerships, ensuring strong brand representation across all wholesale accounts and shop-in-shop environments
- Conceptualizing and producing elevated brand experiences from concept through execution — store openings, influencer dinners, press events, VIP client experiences, and culturally relevant moments that drive visibility and deepen brand loyalty
- Collaborating closely with internal sales teams and wholesale partners to support account growth, seasonal storytelling, and key product priorities
- Leading PR strategy across women's and men's collections, managing agency partners, and maintaining strong relationships with media, stylists, and editorial contacts to support retail and wholesale narratives
What they are looking for
- 5 years of experience in marketing or brand communications with a strong focus on retail and wholesale, preferably within fashion or lifestyle
- A proven track record producing high-touch brand experiences and events, with experience managing budgets, vendors, and all aspects of event production
- Experience managing co-op marketing programs and working directly with wholesale partners and retail teams
- A genuine understanding of the contemporary fashion landscape and what it takes to build brand relevance at the wholesale and retail level
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a proactive mindset that brings energy and follow-through to every project
