The Willows (Fletcher, NC) at Red Oak Recovery provides a sanctuary for women who want to heal and transform their lives. Our programs are tailored specifically to meet the needs of women. We understand that addiction can often be closely related to past trauma, mental health issues, and societal pressures. Our residential 90-day treatment programs offer a unique blend of traditional and holistic therapies in a serene and natural setting. Located in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina, our all-expert staff creates a supportive environment for women to heal and grow.


Specializing in women’s addiction treatment, we offer a unique blend of clinical expertise within a homey, resort-like environment. Everyone on our expert staff is highly trained and experienced in treating addiction and mental health conditions. Each member is dedicated to providing a nurturing environment for our clients. Our mission is to provide a transformative experience that addresses not only addiction but also underlying mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.


Role & Responsibilities

 

  • Maintain an active caseload of up to three clients. Caseload will be determined by supervisor, considering program census, therapist request by referring partners, acuity of clients on caseload
  • Serve as mentor and provide support to the treatment team
  • Assume the duties of clinical director in their absence
  • Develop and maintain relationships with referring professionals and partnering agencies
  • Assist Clinical Director in on-site supervision for clinical interns
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director, Clinical Director, and Program Director to create and deliver staff development initiatives focused on:
  • Support clinical team and clinical services needs


Minimum Qualifications & Education Requirements

  • Master's degree or higher in human service field 
  • LCSW or LCMHC, and LCAS
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications

 

Preferred Qualifications & Education Requirements

  • Two (2) years of experience serving as a primary therapist in residential treatment at RTC and/or PHP levels of care
  • Supervisory experience
  • Certified in EMDR, ART, and/or other trauma focused modalities
  • Professional experience treating clients with SUD

 

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • This position will provide clinical supervision to members of the treatment team

 

Position Type/Expected Work Hours

  • This is a full-time position
  • Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:00-6:00
  • Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand
