This is an in-person, field-based opportunity working directly with local businesses and employees to help implement supplemental benefit programs that support working families.

Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with local business owners and decision makers
- Meet with business owners and HR representatives regarding employee benefit programs
- Assist with benefit enrollments and client service
- Maintain professionalism and consistent communication with clients
- Follow structured training systems and activity expectations
- Work toward weekly and monthly performance goalsQualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Self-motivated and coachable
- Organized and dependable
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to pass a background check
- Local travel required

Compensation
- Compensation is performance-based and includes uncapped commission opportunities, bonuses, and incentives.
