Duties

• Engage in proactive prospecting through Lead generation, and territory management to identify potential clients and expand market reach
• Develop and nurture strong customer relationships by understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closing, including negotiations, presentations, and follow-up communications
• Utilize CRM systems such as Salesforce to track leads, manage accounts, and analyze sales data for strategic planning
• Conduct inside and outside sales activities to meet or exceed sales targets within assigned territories or verticals
• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns that generate new leads and increase brand awareness in targeted markets
• Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding existing client accounts

Qualifications

• Strong interest in management, business development, or sales leadership roles with a desire to grow professionally
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively manage client relationships
• Prior experience or familiarity with B2B sales, territory management, or inside/outside sales is a plus but not required—training will be provided
