Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $62,354 – $62,354 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?
- Co-Lead and manage a team of Housekeepers and Front Desk Associates, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management and evaluation
- Maintain an inventory of supplies; order and distribute supplies and equipment
- Ensure that all reports, orders, and projects are completed daily &weekly as per deadline
- Monitor and control expenses and payroll, while ensuring proper staffing are in place
- Conduct housekeeping inspections and take corrective action as needed
- Drive a company vehicle as needed
- All other tasks that are assigned as per role responsibilites
More about you
- Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality or similar is strongly preferred but not mandatory
- Minimum three years of hotel operations experience, including front desk and housekeeping, required
- Working knowledge of various cleaning utensils, dryers, washers, tools, fixtures, and cleaning solvents
- Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and some holidays, is required
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Proficient computer skills, including Word, Outlook & Excel
Physical requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, climbing of stairs, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and carrying; use of hands to operate cleaning equipment and complete scrubbing/washing duties
- Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Visual acuity is sufficient to inspect the cleanliness of rooms and surfaces
