What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wealth Manager position at The Well?
Associate Wealth Manager | Independent RIA | Bellevue, WA
Our client is a planning-first, fiduciary RIA serving high-net-worth families through deeply personalized financial, tax, and estate planning — and they're looking for an experienced CFP to join a highly collaborative team in the Seattle/Bellevue market.
This isn't a product-pushing role. It's real planning work: complex financial, tax, and estate strategies for clients navigating some of the most meaningful moments of their lives. You'll step into an established book of relationships while still having room to grow your own client base over time.
The Role
- Inherit meaningful client relationships on day one, with room to build your own
- Lead complex, holistic planning across financial, tax, and estate disciplines
- Work within a well-resourced, collaborative team
- Hybrid schedule: 2 days in-office, 3 remote
Compensation
- $150,000–$225,000 base salary
- 25% target bonus
- Uncapped new-business incentive program for self-sourced clients
You're likely a fit if you:
- Hold your CFP and have meaningful experience in an RIA environment
- Value long-term client relationships over short-term performance
- Bring genuine empathy and intellectual curiosity to complex planning situations
- Are based in or open to the Seattle/Bellevue area
If this sounds like the kind of work you've been looking for, I'd love to connect.
