We’re hiring a Financial Advisor on behalf of our client- a growing, retirement-focused wealth management firm based in Central Florida. This is a high-impact role for a driven advisor who loves both closing new business and nurturing long-term client relationships.
You’ll step into a warm, boutique style environment with strong marketing support, uncapped earning potential, and a clear, repeatable sales process. The firm provides qualified leads and a book of business; you provide the hunger, professionalism, and closing skills.

What You’ll Do
- Meet with retirees and pre-retirees (55–75, $500k investable assets)
- Deliver discovery, portfolio x-ray, and implementation meetings
- Provide holistic retirement planning using models and annuity solutions
- Manage and grow an inherited book
Who You Are
- Licensed: Series 65 Florida 215
- A true closer with strong presence
- Comfortable working on-site across three offices for training
- Motivated by uncapped earnings and strong marketing support
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
