Daybright is currently seeking a Financial Advisor** to join our Individual Financial Solutions Segment located in central Florida. Be part of a team of thought leaders and seasoned benefits and retirement planning professionals.

**This will be an independent consultant/1099 role.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a unique worksite sales opportunity for the right Financial Advisor that entails:

  • Interviewing clients to determine their current income, expenses, insurance coverage, tax status, financial objectives, risk tolerance, and other information needed to develop a financial plan.
  • Analyzing financial information obtained from clients to determine strategies for meeting clients' financial objectives.
  • Selling financial products such as annuities, mutual funds, and insurance.
  • Reviewing clients' accounts and plans regularly to determine whether life changes, economic changes, or financial performance indicates a need for plan reassessment.
  • Recommending strategies clients can use to achieve their financial goals and objectives, including specific recommendations in such areas as cash management, insurance coverage, and investment planning.
  • Building and maintaining client bases, keeping current client plans up-to-date and recruiting new clients on an ongoing basis.
  • Answering clients' questions about the purposes and details of financial plans and strategies.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Financial services sales experience required.
  • Securities registration (FINRA Series 6 or Series 7 & 65), required.
  • FL Life & Health insurance license, required.
  • Must have clean FINRA BrokerCheck.
  • Excellent sales and communication skills.
  • 4-year college degree preferred.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Financial acumen: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Series 7 (Preferred)
  • Series 6 (Preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Gainesville, FL 32602

Salary : $50,000 - $150,000
