Client Relationship Specialist | Franklin, TN

We're looking for someone clients and advisors can count on to keep things organized, on track, and handled with care.

Location: Franklin, TN (in office)

Compensation: $70,000-$80,000 based on experience, bonus eligible

Status: Full time

The Role Support senior advisors by managing client relationships, meeting prep, paperwork, and follow-through, so clients feel taken care of and advisors can focus on planning. New business development is handled separately; this role is 100% client care and advisor support.

What You'll Do

• Prepare for and follow up on client meetings, including reports and paperwork
• Serve as a go-to contact for clients by phone, email, and in person
• Handle account opening, investment paperwork, money movement, and reporting
• Place trades at an advisor's direction
• Keep advisor calendars, deadlines, and client records organized
• Support client events and day-to-day office needs

What You'll Bring

• 3 years in financial services, ideally wealth management or an RIA
• Series 65 license preferred, or willingness to obtain
• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Sharp attention to detail across multiple systems and priorities
• Microsoft Office proficiency; CRM experience (Orion, Redtail) a plus
• A track record of sticking with roles and growing within them

Growth Path

• Toward financial planning: support pursuing a CFP or FPQP designation
• Toward deeper client service: family office work with top-tier clients
