The firm has grown fast, both organically and through acquisitions. It needs a hands-on leader who can manage daily operations while building the systems and processes that will support the next stage of growth. The role reports directly to senior leadership and has a lot of visibility across the firm.

• Standardize operational procedures across the organization, including building tasks and automations in the CRM and portfolio management platforms

• Create and maintain written procedures and policy documentation

• Own the client billing process from start to finish, including fee schedules and householding, with an eye toward automation

• Oversee monthly performance reporting and the quarterly fee process with custodians

• Act as the in-house expert and main troubleshooter for the firm's operations and portfolio management technology, and track how well the team is adopting it

• Manage relationships with custodians and outside partners, including third-party managers and referral relationships

• Supervise trade operations and make sure account and pricing data stay accurate across systems

• Lead operational due diligence and onboarding for acquired practices so they transition smoothly onto the firm's platform

• Background in the RIA or wealth management industry

• 8 years of hands-on experience with portfolio management, trading and CRM technology at a financial services firm

• Bachelor's degree

• A track record of building operational processes from the ground up and scaling them

• Strong organization and the ability to juggle competing priorities

• A collaborative style and comfort working across departments

• Comfort leading change in a growing, evolving organization

• Working knowledge of RIA compliance requirements

• Experience integrating acquisitions or managing advisor transitions

Preferred

• Experience at a multi-billion-dollar hybrid RIA serving high-net-worth and institutional clients

• Experience with a major custodial platform
