We are looking for a highly motivated leader to join our team as an Assistant Manager or Store Manager at The Wash Tub for our Round Rock/ Georgetown location!
The Wash Tub Car Wash is a family-owned car wash and care business is looking for dynamic Cashiers for locations in San Antonio, Texas. Founded in 1986, The Wash Tub provides services to over one million cars per year and have 25 locations throughout San Antonio and surrounding areas including New Braunfels, San Marcos, Kerrville, Georgetown and Round Rock.
Job Duties:
· Providing exceptional customer service
· Greeting customers
· Engagement with staff and customers
· Working with Recruiting to create, train, develop & retain great teams
· Managing staff to exceed sales goals while maintaining payroll budgets
· Organizing & leading a team to achieve daily operational goals
· Assisting teams with cars when needed
· Managing the outside production and fostering a dynamic business culture
· Possibly assisting with scheduling staff
Qualifications
· High School Diploma or GED
· 2 years of leadership experience or an Associate’s degree
· Must be able to pass criminal background, credit check and reference verification
· Must be able to be mobile on the production line for extended periods of time

Salary: $50,000-$60,000 bonuses
Shift hours:
7:15am-6:30pm (Monday-Saturday)
8:15am-5:30pm (Sunday)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
