What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Manager position at Perfumania Store 48 Suite 730 (Premium Outlet)?
Two or more years of successful retail experience in a competitive selling environment. One year in a Key Holder position experience
a plus. If internal candidate must have one year experience in current role within the company with excellent overall performance
record within the company.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
Aptitude to complete tasks in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Capability to provide exceptional customer service
The professionalism to conduct ones self in a respectful manner and maintain the highest level of integrity
Self-confident and mature, with a positive attitude and approach to work
Ability to train, coach and develop Associates at all levels
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks necessary to accomplish goals, develop a schedule to complete tasks and execute to
achieve results
Ability to work evenings and weekends, on short notice, fill in whenever necessary, at any time.
