Job Title: Industrial Recruiter

Status: Full Time

Work Type: In Person

Pay: $45,000–$50,000 base salary commission

Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm

Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Industrial Recruiter to join our growing team in Rogers, MN. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting efforts for light industrial and skilled trades positions, helping connect qualified talent with top employers throughout the region. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about helping people find the right opportunities.

As an Industrial Recruiter, you will source candidates, conduct interviews, coordinate placements, and partner closely with clients to ensure successful hiring outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated recruiter looking to grow their career while making a direct impact on both businesses and job seekers.


Key Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and place candidates for light industrial and skilled trades positions

• Build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal team members

• Conduct interviews, candidate assessments, and reference checks

• Coach and guide candidates throughout the hiring process

• Promote and present job opportunities to candidates professionally and effectively

• Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and improve recruiting strategies

• Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate information within internal systems

• Manage recruiting pipelines and prioritize multiple openings simultaneously

• Participate in networking and community outreach efforts as needed

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process


Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience preferred (manufacturing or industrial recruiting experience is a plus); HS Diploma or GED

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Professional attitude with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Comfortable using recruiting platforms, computer systems, and technology tools

• Positive mindset with a strong sense of accountability and motivation

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment


Working Conditions

• In-office work environment with frequent phone, computer, and candidate interaction

• Fast-paced recruiting atmosphere with changing priorities and deadlines
