Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour (depending on shift)

Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Temporary Production Helpers to support manufacturing and production operations in Rogers, MN. This hands-on role assists furnace operators and production teams by loading and unloading parts, packaging materials, cleaning components, and supporting overall shop operations.

The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, reliable, and comfortable working in a physically active manufacturing environment while maintaining attention to quality and detail.

Key Responsibilities:
Production Support

• Load parts onto furnace belts, racks, or baskets for processing
• Remove parts from racks, baskets, and production equipment after processing
• Load and unload polishing machines, wheelabrators, sandblasters, and related equipment
• Polish, clean, oil, and prep parts as needed
• Paint designated areas on parts according to work instructions

Packaging & Material Handling

• Pack and unpack customer materials and containers
• Prepare finished products for shipment
• Gauge and inspect parts when required
• Use lift tables, hoists, and material handling equipment safely

Quality & Documentation

• Complete paperwork and production documentation accurately
• Follow work instructions and production procedures
• Maintain clean and organized work areas

Safety & Teamwork

• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Participate in safety meetings and ongoing training
• Assist other departments and production areas as directed by supervisors

Qualifications:
Required:

• Ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift, bend, squat, and reach throughout the shift
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read and write in English
• Previous manufacturing or production experience
• Prior experience using material handling equipment

Working Conditions:

• Manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, dust, machinery, noise, and industrial materials
• Frequent lifting throughout the shift, primarily between 1–55 lbs
• Continuous standing, movement, bending, and repetitive physical activity
• Required PPE includes steel toe boots, safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection as needed
