- Deliver top-of-scope nursing care and prioritize patient wellness and safety.
- Precept and mentor new healthcare team members.
- Contribute to quality improvement and secure safety at the point of care.
- Provide care in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment aligned with specialty standards.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program or approved by the state board.
- Current RN licensure and at least 6 months of nursing experience.
- NIHSS certification within 6 months, BLS certification prior to start.
- Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and commitment to evidence-based practice.
