- Providing comprehensive, evidence-based care to adult rehab patients recovering from illness, surgery, or injury.
- Conducting assessments and developing individualized care plans.
- Administering medications, managing wounds and mobility, and educating patients and their families.
- Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Current RN license.
- Strong clinical knowledge in rehab and patient care.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
