Role: Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist
Responsibilities: Assist patients in recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions, providing therapy services in a skilled nursing environment. Manage a patient load of 8-15 per day, with a standard schedule of Monday to Friday, 36 hours weekly, maintaining an 85% productivity rate. Ensure quality patient care without call or weekend coverage.
Qualifications: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution approved by the APTA. Active State License required. BLS certification may be necessary. Minimum of 6 months experience in a skilled nursing facility.
