Role: Critical Care Nurse Educator
Responsibilities: Plan, develop, coordinate, implement, and evaluate educational programs for Critical Care and Cath Lab staff; act as facilitator, educator, and resource; assess staff learning needs; provide clinical instruction; support staff development; and assist in maintaining high standards of patient care.
Qualifications: Current RN licensure in Oregon; BLS and ACLS required; PALS preferred; 3-5 years ICU experience; strong teaching and communication skills; knowledge of adult learning principles; clinical preceptor experience; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Skills: Leadership, creativity, integrity, initiative, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with staff and physicians.
