Role: Critical Care Nurse Educator, responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for staff in critical care and cath lab departments.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in staff development as a facilitator, educator, and resource; plan and coordinate educational experiences; assess learning needs and evaluate program effectiveness; provide direct patient care when necessary.
Qualifications: Registered Nurse licensure in Oregon; Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred; current BLS and ACLS certification; PALS preferred; three to five years of ICU experience; demonstrated teaching competency; knowledge of adult learning principles; strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills; experience as a clinical preceptor; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
