- Assess, evaluate, and treat patients with various disabilities and disorders, including neurological, musculoskeletal, amputations, and sports injuries.
- Supervise and co-sign care plans by physical therapist assistants, ensuring understanding of goals and modifications.
- Communicate progress, issues, and home programs with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate therapy programs, maintaining accurate records for documentation and billing.
- Ensure equipment maintenance, practice safety, and infection control.
- Participate in professional development, present in-service trainings, and mentor students.
- Engage in community and outpatient activities, achieving productivity goals and managing patient care efficiently.
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state.
- CPR certification within 90 days.
- Valid driver's license and adherence to fleet policies.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient assessment skills.
- Ability to provide age-appropriate care and interpret patient data.
