What You Will Do
- Evaluate and treat outpatient orthopedic patients
- Develop individualized plans of care based on patient goals, impairments, and functional needs
- Progress patients toward functional, athletic, and performance-based goals
- Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, movement-based treatment, and performance-focused progressions
- Incorporate the indoor track, turf area, Alter-G, and sports performance space when appropriate for patient care
- Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, performance, and long-term success
- Document care accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional patient experience
- Guide patients from evaluation through discharge with a focus on quality outcomes
