- Key Responsibilities: Assess and develop therapeutic programs, interpret diagnostic tests, collaborate with healthcare team, provide treatment per physician orders, review and expand retraining plans, design community reintegration activities, recommend adaptive equipment, train staff and family, supervise therapy assistants, document patient progress, and participate in discharge planning.
- Qualifications: Current, unrestricted OT licensure, CPR certification, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Preferred Experience: Minimum six months of occupational therapy and home health experience.
