- Providing comprehensive patient care through diagnosis, treatment, and management of both acute and chronic conditions.
- Conducting assessments, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient management.
- Educating patients and families on treatment options, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications.
- Maintaining accurate medical records in compliance with standards.
- Participating in care coordination to deliver high-quality, cost-effective care.
- Valid and unrestricted PA or NP license in Florida or eligibility to obtain one.
- National Board Certification as a PA or NP.
- Experience in Value-Based or Managed Care preferred; new graduates considered.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus but not required.
