OnSpot Dermatology is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our growing team for the 2027 winter season. This seasonal opportunity is ideal for an experienced dermatology provider looking to practice in Southwest Florida while enjoying exceptional weather and a flexible schedule.
This position will provide care throughout the Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, and Naples markets from January 1, 2027 through April 30, 2027, with the opportunity for extension or future seasonal employment.
Position SummaryThe provider will independently evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide variety of dermatologic conditions while delivering exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate is comfortable practicing medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications- Current Florida Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- National certification
- Minimum of one (1) year of dermatology experience as a practicing provider
- Experience in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology required
- Comfortable performing:
- Skin cancer screenings
- Biopsies
- Cryotherapy
- Electrodessication & Curettage (ED&C)
- Simple excisions and repairs
- Cosmetic procedures including Botox and fillers preferred
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Excellent documentation and EMR proficiency
- Ability to travel throughout the Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, and Naples service area
- Established and growing dermatology practice
