Role: Nurse Extern PRN Hematology BMT
Responsibilities: Assist nursing staff with patient care, perform delegated basic nursing tasks, support ADLs, document patient information, and maintain a clean, safe environment.
Qualifications: Enrolled in an accredited nursing program, in good standing, with a high school diploma or GED, BLS certification, and capable of performing higher-level procedures upon competency. Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training required within 30 days.
Skills: Compassionate communication, attention to detail, ability to collaborate with the healthcare team, and documentation proficiency.
Key Duties: Provide patient-centered care, support patient rights and dignity, communicate effectively, and assist with daily activities for assigned patients.
