- Facilitate staff development and training to enhance clinical skills in Oncology Hematology.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate educational needs across units and hospital-wide.
- Bridge research and evidence-based practices to promote quality care.
- Support staff in acquiring knowledge and competencies for contemporary nursing practices.
- Registered Nurse licensure in the District of Columbia required.
- Master of Nursing (MSN) or enrolled in an appropriate master's program.
- Minimum of five years of nursing experience; Oncology Hematology and educator experience preferred.
- Board certification in specialty preferred.
- CPR certification required.
- Full-time role with day shifts, 40 hours/week.
