- Providing education and professional development to nursing staff to enhance competence in Oncology Hematology care.
- Facilitating the integration of evidence-based practice to ensure quality and safe patient outcomes.
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating educational activities at unit and hospital levels.
- Registered Nurse licensure in the District of Columbia.
- Master of Nursing (MSN) required; board certification in specialty preferred.
- Minimum of five years of nursing experience, with Oncology Hematology and educational background preferred.
- CPR certification required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and teaching skills.
- Commitment to quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
