Position: MDS Coordinator
Location: Massillon, OH area
Role Overview: Responsible for coordinating the RAI process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of MDS, CAA's, and Interdisciplinary Care Plans. The role involves supervising assessment completion, managing data transmission to the state, and facilitating care plan conferences and quality meetings.
Qualifications: Must hold an active, unencumbered RN or LPN license in Ohio, with a nursing degree from an accredited institution. At least 3 years of experience as an MDS Coordinator in Long Term Care; RAC-CT certification preferred.
Skills & Qualities: Strong knowledge of Case-Mix, Medicare PPS, and Medicaid reimbursement. Excellent communication, critical thinking, organizational, and regulatory compliance skills.
