- Assess patients under nurse guidance
- Contribute to and implement care plans
- Evaluate patient progress
- Assist with patient care and support nursing staff
- Participate in initiatives to improve healthcare delivery
- Enhance clinical leadership knowledge
- Engage in ongoing educational activities
- Complete assigned goals
- Graduate of an approved nursing program, pending licensure, with a maximum of 90 days as a Nurse Intern II
- Computer literacy
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire
