- Assesses patients under RN guidance
- Contributes to developing and implementing patient care plans
- Evaluates patient progress within the care plan
- Assists with patient care and supports nursing staff
- Engages in activities to enhance healthcare delivery
- Builds clinical leadership knowledge
- Participates in ongoing education
- Completes assigned objectives
- Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure, with a maximum of 90 days in this role
- Computer literacy
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire
