- you will assign and supervise nursing staff, ensuring adequate coverage and quality patient care across diverse age groups
- serve as a clinical resource and role model, promoting a positive work environment and adherence to policies
- support strategic initiatives such as quality improvement, staff recruitment, and patient satisfaction
- delegate duties, coordinate patient care plans, and participate in emergency and special procedures
- mentor new graduate nurses, oversee their progression, and facilitate educational activities using evidence-based practices
- collaborate with healthcare teams, ensure accurate documentation, and promote patient safety
- participate in committees, staff training, and research dissemination to enhance professional growth
- Nursing degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- RN licensure and CPR certification
- Ability to perform physical tasks involving heavy exertion
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Bilingual ability is a plus
