Role: Attorney in the Healthcare & Medical Malpractice Practice, based in Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities Include

  • Representing healthcare providers in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings.
  • Handling medical malpractice lawsuits across various specialties such as obstetrics, surgery, cardiology, neurology, and more.
  • Drafting and responding to discovery, pleadings, and motions.
  • Taking and defending depositions.
  • Managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Admitted to practice in Arizona.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in healthcare law or litigation.
  • Strong writing, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience defending and litigating medical malpractice preferred but not required.

Additional qualities: Excellent communication skills, ability to handle complex legal matters, and a demonstrated interest in healthcare law or litigation.
