A law firm is seeking a Family Law Associate Attorney with 5 years of family law experience to join its family law practice. The position involves independently managing a broad range of family law matters while representing clients through litigation, settlement negotiations, mediation, and trial proceedings.
The successful candidate will handle complex financial issues, work closely with financial experts, prepare legal documents, conduct depositions, and provide strategic legal advice tailored to each client's objectives. Attorneys will collaborate with litigation professionals and support staff to deliver efficient, high-quality legal representation.
Spanish language proficiency is strongly preferred to better serve a diverse client base.

Duties
• Independently manage a full caseload of complex family law matters.
• Represent clients throughout all stages of litigation, including hearings and trials.
• Analyze complex financial issues arising in family law cases.

• Draft, review, and revise pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct and defend depositions in high-net-worth family law matters.

Requirements
• At least 5 years of family law experience.
• Active member of the Arizona State Bar.
