Position Overview
The Senior Landscape Account & Business Development Manager is responsible for:
• Prospecting and closing new commercial contracts
• Managing a portfolio of high-value accounts
• Driving enhancement sales
• Overseeing service quality and client satisfaction
• Supporting winter snow operations
You will manage the full lifecycle of an account — from first meeting to long-term partnership.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
• Prospect new commercial property opportunities
• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Conduct property walks and needs assessments
• Prepare and present professional proposals
• Negotiate and close contracts
• Meet and exceed annual revenue goals
Account Management
• Serve as primary contact for assigned clients
• Conduct routine site visits and quality inspections
• Identify and sell enhancements (plantings, irrigation, hardscape, seasonal color, upgrades)
• Ensure high service standards and contract compliance
• Monitor account profitability
Operations Coordination
• Collaborate with field supervisors and production managers
• Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution
• Support scheduling and logistical planning
• Assist with budget management
Snow & Ice Management
• Participate in winter storm planning and communication
• Support commercial snow account oversight
• Maintain strong winter client relationships

Qualifications
• 5 years landscape industry experience
• Proven commercial/residential sales experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance, irrigation, and enhancements
• Experience managing client portfolios
• Demonstrated success in revenue growth
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
