POSITION SUMMARY
As Media Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to driver of day-to-day media planning for your accounts, shaping strategies, building plans, and setting up measurement frameworks that actually move the needle. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Media Planning & Execution
- Support the development of media strategies and plans, including research, audience insights, plan design, and measurement frameworks.
- Own day-to-day planning responsibilities, including budgets, flowcharts, timelines, and reporting.
- Monitor campaign pacing and performance, recommending optimizations to deliver on client goals.
- Partner with analytics and strategy experts to ensure accurate execution and optimization of campaigns.
- Stay current on AI-powered media tools and platforms, bringing forward applications that improve planning precision and efficiency.
Client Partnership
- You’ll be a point of contact for day-to-day client communications, ensuring confidence and clarity in every interaction.
- Present media plans, recommendations, and performance updates with authority, connecting insights back to client objectives.
- Proactively surface opportunities and smart POVs that strengthen client strategies and demonstrate expertise.
- Act as a trusted advisor in your areas of expertise, helping clients navigate the media landscape with confidence.
Team Collaboration & Mentorship
- You directly or indirectly manage and mentor planners and/or associates, providing guidance and feedback to support their professional development.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of deliverables produced by junior staff.
- Foster collaboration across departments, ensuring media integrates seamlessly with creative, brand strategy, and analytics.
- Contribute to agency initiatives, knowledge-sharing, and process improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–5 years of media planning experience in an agency environment.
- Proven ability to develop and present omni-channel media plans across traditional and digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of planning tools and systems (e.g., Prisma, MediaTools, Telmar, Nielsen, MRI-Simmons).
- Experience monitoring campaign performance and making data-driven optimizations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a client-service mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertising, Media, Marketing, or related field preferred.
