WEEKLY DIRECT DEPOSIT PAID TIME OFF - GREAT ROLE FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS IN THE FALL
Job Summary:
The Retail Associate plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service at The UPS Store. This position involves assisting customers with Amazon returns, other package returns, and outbound shipments while maintaining a professional and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with shipping, packaging, returns, and other store services
- Process Amazon and third-party returns accurately and efficiently
- Handle high volumes of customers during peak hours with professionalism and composure
- Operate POS systems, perform basic math calculations, and handle cash transactions accurately
- Anticipate customer needs to provide proactive, solution-oriented service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Stay active and engaged throughout shifts; this position requires being on your feet most of the day
- Assist with our drivers in loading packages ready for transport
- Sell Print Service Packages from the UPS Store Print Menu
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations and multitask effectively
- Basic math and computer skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Willingness to work in a physically active environment
- Ability to lift 25-35 lbs comfortably and repeatedly
- Some boxes may weigh up to 70lbs
- Must be over the age of 18
- Able to work weekends
CURRENTLY HIRING PART TIME WEEKEND SHIFTS
Required shifts Saturday 9:30am-4:30 pm and Sunday 10:30 am- 4:30 pm. Weekday shifts also available.
