The UPS Stores in Carmel, Marina, Mid Valley, Monterey, Pacific Grove and Seaside are locally owned and operated franchises!
We are separate / not affiliated with UPS and are our own individual packing / handling franchise.
Right now, we're looking to hire dedicated, supportive, and team-oriented UPS Store Retail Sales / Customer Service Associates to our growing team! We own 6 stores in Carmel, Marina, Mid Valley, Monterey, Pacific Grove & Seaside where you'll be needed.
Retail Sales / Customer Service Associate Benefits:

Retail Sales / Customer Service Associate Requirements:
- At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, Customer Service, Printing, Notary, Hospitality, or related experience required
- CA Notary Commission preferred but not required
- Available to work Saturdays & Sundays
- Must undergo and pass a federal background check (to qualify for notary license)
Retail Sales / Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:
- Greeting & directing customers coming into our stores
- Providing business service support to our customers
- Packaging, handling, and shipping out goods, letters, and an array of items for our customers
- Providing accurate information (product features, pricing, etc.)
- Managing returns of merchandise
- Other duties within the role as needed

- This position REQUIRES your ability to pass a background check in order to meet the job requirement of becoming a Notary Public and Livescan operator. Are you able to pass (to the best of your knowledge)?

- You MUST be able to have reliable transportation and work at any one of our 6 locations: Marina, Monterey, Pacific Grove, Carmel, Mid Valley, Seaside. Are you able to meet this requirement?
