At The UPS Store in Pompano Beach, we do much more than ship packages. We help customers with printing, packing, shipping, and creative projects..

We're looking for someone friendly, dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated who enjoys working with people and takes pride in doing things right.

What You'll Be Doing

• Making customers smile. Deliver excellent customer service, even on the busiest days.
• Shipping stuff everywhere. Pack, process, and ship packages accurately.
• Becoming a printing wizard. Help with printing, copying, binding, laminating, banners, and business cards.
• Solving problems. Help customers find solutions rather than simply saying, "I don't know."
• Multitasking like a champion. Handle customers, phones, computers, and printers while keeping things moving.
• Being a great teammate. Stay organized, take initiative, and jump in wherever help is needed.

You Might Be a Great Fit If...

• You're reliable and punctual. Showing up at 9:00 means 9:00, not 9:07.
• You're friendly, positive, and genuinely enjoy helping people.
• You're self-motivated and don't need someone constantly telling you what to do.
• You're comfortable with computers. Microsoft Office skills are important; graphic design experience is a big plus!
• You're detail-oriented, organized, and a quick learner.
• You can lift packages weighing up to 45 pounds, with reasonable accommodations as applicable.
• Retail or customer service experience is preferred, but a great attitude and willingness to learn matter just as much.

We can teach you how to ship a package or operate a printer. What we're really looking for is someone who cares about customers and takes pride in their work.

The Schedule

Weekend availability is REQUIRED, including Saturdays every two weeks as scheduled.
