Store Associate

We’re looking for someone who is motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow in a fast paced retail environment. You must be able to follow through on tasks, respect deadlines, and help maintain a positive, efficient store culture.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with professionalism by providing shipping, mailbox, printing, and packing solutions.
• Use AI tools to streamline daily tasks, improve workflows, and boost accuracy.
• Take ownership of assignments and meet deadlines with consistency.
• Support mailbox services including rentals, renewals, and compliance requirements.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and through email.
• Maintain store standards by restocking supplies and keeping the store clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Collaborate with teammates to support accountability, positivity, and innovation.
• Stay adaptable by learning quickly, launching solutions, and refining them through feedback.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable and detail oriented with strong task ownership.
• Excellent knowledge and comfort using AI tools to drive efficiency and innovation in daily operations.
• Comfortable with computers, apps, and digital platforms.
• Clear communicator and effective team player.
• Able to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Availability to work 25–30 hours per week across a 6-day work week.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
