This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hampton, VA, for a Sales Associate at The UPS Store. The Sales Associate will provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with shipping, packaging, printing, and other in-store services. Responsibilities include operating point-of-sale systems, managing inventory, processing shipments, and ensuring the store is clean and organized. The role also involves addressing customer inquiries and offering solutions tailored to their individual needs. The Sales Associate will contribute to a welcoming store environment while working collaboratively with other team members to meet sales goals.

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
