The UPS Store is not just about shipping — we offer a full range of business services to our community. We're looking for a friendly, motivated, and dependable Store Associate to join our team and help provide outstanding service to our customers every day.

What You'll Do:
As a Store Associate, you'll wear many hats and play a key role in ensuring customers have a smooth and professional experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and assisting with shipping, receiving, and packaging needs
- Operating point-of-sale systems and handling transactions
- Preparing shipments using UPS and other carriers
- Providing notary services (if certified or willing to become certified)
- Managing mailboxes, including sorting mail and packages
- Assisting with print and document services, including copying, scanning, faxing, and finishing services
- Maintaining store cleanliness and organization
- Supporting small business solutions, including shredding, faxing, and design services
- Opening the store in the morning (for morning shifts)
What We're Looking For:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Highly dependable and punctual – must be trusted to arrive on time, especially for morning shifts
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, POS systems, internet navigation)
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail, shipping, or printing experience is a plus (but not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
